GoAbroad Blog of the Week

GoAbroad - Welcome to the resource for meaningful travel!
Great news on St Patrick’s Day. Teaching English in a Foreign Land has been voted Blog of the Week on GoAbroad. Thanks to Tiffany Harrison and the crew at GoAbroad, a leading international education and experiential travel resource, they picked my blog as the winner.

GoAbroad is an excellent resource for TEFL teachers. It has thousands of opportunities abroad. Not only can you teach abroad but you can study abroad, go on an intern programvolunteer, or find a language school. They have over 1.5 million visitors a month and have a social network capacity of over 45,000.

A great part of this website is that they have goabroad.net where you can write a travel memoir, meet other travellers and share journals on facebook.

Thanks again to everyone at GoAbroad who decided to pick my blog.

  1. Well done, much deserved! I love reading your blog, it's very useful and inspirational. At the ripe old age of 55 I have just finished my TEFL course in Spain and am very lucky to be getting teaching practice in a small local language school. Keep up the good work!

  2. Wow, thanks for the 'big up' comment, glad I can be of help. Good to see you've done well and have chosen Spain. Where are you based? Good luck whoever you are…

  3. I'm near Málaga, sorry, it's the first time I've posted on a blog so a bit of a newbie, my name is Chris!
